Save It and Make It. LLC. Unsolicited Bulk Email Policy:
Save It and Make It, LLC. specifically does not authorize the use of its proprietary computers, servers, routers and computer network (the "Save It and Make It, LLC. Network") to accept, transmit or distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail sent from the Internet to Save It and Make It, LLC. distributors (or to others). It is also a violation of Save It and Make It , LLC. policy, and the law, to send or cause to be sent to, or through, the Save It and Make It, LLC. Network email that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing. Save It and Make It, LLC. considers such email to be unlawful and a violation of our policy, and any attempt to send or cause such email to be sent to, or through, the Save It and Make It, LLC. Network is unauthorized. Moreover, any email relayed from a third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party, or any email that hides or obscures, or attempts to hide or obscure, the source of an email also constitutes an unauthorized use of the Save It and make It, LLC. Network. Email sent or caused to be sent to the Save It and Make It, LLC. Network that violates your agreement with Save It and Make IT, LLC. is also unauthorized. Nor does Save It and make It, LLC. authorize the harvesting or collection of usernames or distributor IDs from the Save It and Make It, LLC. Web sites for the purpose of sending unsolicited email. Any such action also constitutes violation of Save It and Make IT, LLC. policy.
Save It and Make It, LLC. reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available to prevent unsolicited bulk email or other unauthorized email from entering, utilizing or remaining within the Save It and Make It, LLC. Network. Such action may include, without limitation, the use of filters or other network devices, immediate termination of Save It and make It, LLC. membership, and prosecution of offenders through criminal or civil proceedings. Nothing in this policy shall be construed to grant any right to transmit or send email to, or through, the Save It and make It, Inc. Network, and in no event shall any failure by Save It and Make It, LLC. to enforce this policy constitute a waiver of Save It and Make It, LLC.'s rights.
Unauthorized use of the Save It and make Its, LLC. Network in connection with the transmission of unsolicited bulk email, including the transmission of counterfeit email, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender, including those provided by the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.); and various state laws, including the Virginia Computer Crimes Act (VA. Code Ann. § 18.2-152.2 et seq.) (as amended.)
Membership Specific Spamming Policies/Guidelines
Except as provided in this section, Save It and Make It, LLC. member may not use or transmit unsolicited faxes, mass e-mail distribution, unsolicited e-mail, or otherwise engage in “spamming” relative to the operation of their Save It and Make, LLC. businesses. The terms "unsolicited faxes" and “unsolicited e-mail” mean the transmission via telephone facsimile or electronic mail, respectively, of any material or information advertising or promoting save It and Make It LLC., its products, its compensation plan or any other aspect of the company which is transmitted to any person, except that these terms do not include a fax or e-mail:
(A) to any person with that person's prior express invitation or permission (opted in); or
(B) to any person with whom the Distributors has an established business or personal relationship.
The term "established business or personal relationship" means a prior or existing relationship formed by a voluntary two-way communication between a member and a person, on the basis of:
(A) an inquiry, application, purchase or transaction by the person regarding offered by such Member; or
(B) a personal or family relationship, which relationship has not been previously terminated by either party.
All e-mail and fax messages must advise the recipient that he or she may request to be removed from the sender's mailing list by sending a reply e-mail or fax to the sender. The sender shall comply with all such requests. We do not condone the harvesting or purchasing of illegally obtained leads or e-mail addresses. E-mail addresses used for promoting Save It and Make It, LLC., its products, its compensation plan or any other aspect of the company should be obtained by yourself legitimately.
Any Save It and Make It,LLC. distributors or employees found to be violating this policy are subject to termination.
Save It and Make It LLC ... Policies and Procedures
1. The purpose of the Independent Membership contract and agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") is to establish the Save It and Make It Membership (hereinafter referred to as the Affiliate membership) as an authorized representative for the sale of services provided by Save It and make It.
2. ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP Any member is considered an active member when he or she places an order under the following conditions:
1) Membership fees- $20.00 activation fee + $10.00 recurring payment each month.
3. SIMULTANEOUS INTERESTS: No Member will be permitted to be party to more than one membership, including but not limited to members of corporations, boards, trusts, partnerships, dba's, personal agreements etc.
4. JOINT APPLICATION: When a joint application is for other than a legally married couple, the application must be signed by one or more legal representatives who have the power to bind the applying entity. An individual or DBA may apply using his or her social security number or federal tax id number, while a partnership, corporation or statutory trust must use its federal tax id number. The application will be classified as pending unit all the requested documentation has been received and approved by Save It and Make It (the "Company").
5. DIVORCE/SEPARATION: If a couple sharing a membership becomes legally separated or divorced, Save It and Make It will continue paying commission checks as before the divorce or separation until it receives written legal notice signed and notarized by the necessary parties, specifically how future commission checks should be paid.
6. CORPORATIONS, TRUSTS, PARTNERSHIPS, DBA'S may become a member, however no individual may participate in more than one membership. A membership may change status from individual to corp., trust, partnership or DBA or from one of these entities to any other entity, with proper and complete documentation. Such a change in organizational structure or status however, shall not affect the original marketing organization and the succeeding structure shall continue to be sponsored by the same sponsor as the original entity.
7. ASSUMED NAMES: A person or entity may apply under a legally registered assumed name, provided that the application includes the signatures of all persons acting under or holding an interest in the assumed name.
8. MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS: If an applicant submits multiple distributor contract and agreement forms listing multiple sponsors, only the first completed form to be received by Save It and Make IT will be accepted. All others will be considered null and void.
9. CONFLICT OF INTEREST: No member shall sell or present for sale any non-company products or services, nor shall business or marketing opportunities of any other company be discussed, presented or promoted at any Save It and Make It business opportunity meeting or any other company-related activity. Nor shall such presentations or sales be conducted immediately preceding or following any Save It and Make It activity in the same place of a Company (or member) meeting or activity.
10. SOLICITATION OF SAVE IT AND MAKE IT MEMBERS PROHIBITED: Members may be active in other businesses but are expressly prohibited from soliciting or sponsoring any Save It and Make It members to those businesses. Members shall not offer the Save It and Make It business opportunity in conjunction with any non Save It and Make It business opportunity or incentive. Members shall not use names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or phone numbers of
Save It and Make members as mailing or contact list to market any non Save It and Make It, services or business opportunity. If a member is found to be soliciting any Save It and Make It distributor for another business opportunity, the member risks having all membership rights and privileges immediately revoked and will forfeit their downline, any current or future commissions due, and possible legal action.
11. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS: All Save It and Make It members are independent contractors, whose success or failure depends up on his or her personal efforts. The representative, his or her agents and / or employees shall, under no circumstances, be treated as or deemed to be agents, employees, or corporate representatives of Save It and make It, Inc. Members are not franchises, joint ventures, partners, employees, or agents of Save It and Make It. Members are strictly prohibited from stating or implying either orally, electronically, in writing or in any other manner, that they are franchises, joint ventures, partners or employees of Save It and Make It LLC. All members shall at all times conform to all IRS regulations governing independent contractor status. Neither the representative nor Save It and Make It shall have any right to enter into contracts or commitments in the name of, or on behalf of, the other to bind the other in any way.
12. NO FRANCHISES: There are no franchises or exclusive territories within the United States or other countries as a part of the company's compensation plan. This does not limit the company from establishing licensed distribution points or other types of centers to assist in the development and operation of company programs.
13. COMPENSATION PLAN: The member shall make clear (in any live, online or written presentation) that the compensation plan is based upon the sales of services provided through the SIMI Savings Place web site.
14. GUARANTEED PROFIT: The distributor shall never state that profits are guaranteed. Opportunity or income exaggerations shall never be given. Failure to comply with this will result in termination.
15. NO MEDICAL CLAIMS: The distributor shall not make claims about Save It and Make It services found in The SIMI Savings Place web site. No claims about services shall be made except what is made by each independent corporate web site owner, septate from Save It and make It.
16. LABELING, PACKAGING AND DISPLAYING services: The member shall not re-label any service/independent company web site found in This SIMI Savings Place web site.
17. ADVERTISING: All advertising must be factual. The stating of exaggerated claims or misleading information will jeopardize the member status. All income is a result of personal effort - any advertising, promoting or representing salaried positions, management positions, hourly wages or guaranteed incomes are considered misleading and prohibited.
18. NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING: Members may place classified ads in newspapers provided Save It and Make It names or trademarks are not used and that facts are presented. Any use of company names or trademarks must have the company's advance written consent.
19. The Save It and Make It name, product names and other names as may be adopted by Save It and Make It are proprietary trade names, trademarks and service marks of Save It and Make It LLC. As such, these marks are of great value to Save It and Make It and are supplied to members for their use only in an expressly authorized manner. Use of the Save It and Make It name, or any product or service name on any advertising, promotion, or other material that is not produced by the company is prohibited, unless approved in writing by Save It and Make It. Members may use the Save It and Make It name in telephone book listings, on business cards and stationary as follows:

20. LEAD ASSIGNMENT: Save It and Make It is available to speak with all prospects who contact the home office. We attempt to connect each prospect with a member as soon as possible. If the lead does NOT know who prospected him or her, we will label him or her as an "orphan" and assign such leads to members based on leadership status.
21.TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP: Save It and Make It strongly discourages the transfer of distributors or customers from one organization to another. However, a member may transfer to a different sponsor under the following conditions: if a sponsorship change is requested in the first 30 business days of your enrollment, you must obtain the signature of the original sponsor. After the first 30 business days of enrollment you must obtain the signature of your sponsor.
Due to the growth of Internet sponsoring, the company reserves the right to move a member who accidentally enrolls under the wrong sponsor through the act of going to a wrong web site. The company reserves the right to move the new member under his or her intended sponsor within 7 business days of enrollment.
22. TRADE SHOWS, FAIRS AND BOOTHS: Members may promote their business and service at trade shows, fairs, and booths. Save It and Make It reserves the right to approve any use of its name or trademarks on signs and banners. Such approval must be secured before opening of the show.
23. INTERNET POLICIES: members can use web sites that are designed and provided by the company to promote their businesses. Only official Save It and Make It produced web sites shall be permitted. If a Member has a personal web page or a web page for another business, the member can place a Save It and Make It approved banner, information logo or approved verbiage on such web site that will link to the members Save It and Make It web site. No Save It and Make It banners or any other materials relating to Save It and Make It may be placed on any web site that contains any pornographic or obscene material, or material that, at Save It and Make It sole discretion, would tarnish or damage its image or reputation. Violations can lead to termination of members ship.
24. If a member voluntarily terminates his/her membership, that position will be considered inactive. any downline organization will be remain in place as is. Save It and make It reserves the right to reinstate said distributor along with his or her downline organization should the company feel that special circumstances require it.
25. INACTIVE STATUS: Once a member becomes inactive, they are no longer able to take advantage of the SIMI Savings Place web site and receive their commission checks.
26. PERSONAL TAXES: All members are fully responsible for their personal taxes. Each new member will be required to fill out a W-9 tax form before any commissions will be paid.
27. FUNDRAISING: Save It and Make It is not able to accept third party sales tax exemption certificates such as those from fundraising organizations since we are not selling directly to those organizations, but to the independent member. Many times the fundraising organization is liable for the sales taxes collected on the sales of those products since they are selling them for profit, and not for use by the fundraising (tax-exempt) organization. Please keep all appropriate records and determine your actual costs for any fundraiser's that you conduct prior to quoting a profit number to the organization. This will ensure that you do not undercharge the organization or reduce your profits on those sales.

Save It and make It, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use information we collect about you to process orders and provide the best customer service possible. The following are more details about Save It and Make It Inc privacy policy.
We collect the following information:
1. When you order we need to know your name, company identification number, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order.
2. When you send or email a testimonial to our office we ask for your email address, telephone number and area of residence. We only display your area of residence and in most cases only the state or province you live in.
3. When you enter any periodic contest or promotion we ask for your name, address, email address and telephone number so we can notify winners and send prizes.

1. Contact Save It and Make It, LLC. by phone or e-mail and request your email address to be omitted from your distributor record. This will remove your email address entirely, preventing the sending of all notifications.
2. To be excluded from the company mailing list only, click the unsubscribe link in an email you received from the list and submit the email address that you are receiving the notifications at. Your email address will be excluded from the company mailing list once the request is processed. This method does not prevent order, contest, or distributor signup notifications nor form data submitted from your Web site.
How does Save It and Make It Inc protect customer information?
When you place an order or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server that transmits data through the HTTPS protocol. The secure server encrypts information before it is sent to Save it and Make It LLC.
